Is an ABN required?
Yes, all exhibitors must provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) at registration.
What booth options are available?
Premium Booth (9 sq m): 3 tables (U-shape), 2 chairs, table linen
Regular Booth (6 sq m): 2 tables (L-shape), 2 chairs, table linen
No additional tables allowed
What are the bump-in and bump-out times?
• Setup (Bump-In): 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (assigned in batches)
• Pack-Up: Must be completed by 9:00 PM
Can I drop goods a day before?
Early drop-off may be allowed on 3rd October (on request and time slot availability).
Is parking provided?
Temporary unloading at hotel porch; afterward, please park at Chadstone Shopping Centre or hotel’s underground car park.
Is electricity provided at the booths?
Yes, power points are available for the premium
Booths and some regular booths upon request. Please mention your requirement at the time of registration. Bring your own extension cords.
Can I use a card machine or payment app?
Yes! Most vendors use Square, Tyro, or PayID. Ensure your payment method is set up and tested in advance. Wi-Fi is available but bringing your own hotspot is recommended.
How can I pay for my booth?
You can choose from the following payment methods:
Online Transfer –pay through credit card debit card A direct payment link will be shared with you upon confirmation.
